The place has a vibe if that's what you're looking for. The staff would bend over backwards to help you even when you're being difficult and for certain reasons (lack of sleep) I was certainly difficult. Their management and customer service skills are extremely good. It's extremely clean and you can really feel that everywhere in the hotel which is always a must but not often this clean. The rooms were perfect 👌🏻 I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT STAY here again though for the reasons I will put In the "what I didn't like section" Some of these things may not be an issue to others so don't be put off by this hotel unless these things are an issue to you

Our stay at this hotel was great. The room was spacious, with all amenities and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions or problems. The breakfast was delicious with lots of different choices. As a heads up, the location is far from places you may want to go out to in Dubai, so we had to take a taxi everywhere (as you cannot walk from the Palm area to the mainland). However, the view from the street the hotel is in is amazing, as it looks at central Dubai and all the skyscrapers. Overall, would recommend this hotel.

Everything was just perfect. From the location, to the facilities, cleanliness and beautiful beach and pool. The breakfast was amazing. So much choice and a chef to cook you fresh omelettes and eggs. Beautiful sea view from our balcony. Comfortable beds. Beautiful roof top bar to watch the sunset and a big mention to the fabulous bar tender Azreen

Great breakfast, lovely staff and fab swim spots (both pool and beach). Fab place for a lazy stay with good restaurants and bars and can even walk to dinner at the Atlantis.

The personal amazing kind, the hotel very clean. The breakfast really good with everything. The small cakes for the dinner very, very delicious and the girls in the bar they are making really good coffee. The location for relax nice for everyday trip to the different parts of city maybe less comfortable because Dubai is huge and have a lot of traffic . Beautiful view from the rooftop and nice terrace
