room and hotel location is really amazing it's very near to the metro station if you would like something easy to transport. the hotel staff are very friendly, and the Arab Lady are so nice and professional.

Staff are very accomodating and the room is very clean and spacious. We would like to thank Asiana Hotel for making our stay memorable especially for upgrading our room for my husband's birthday. Deeply appreciated.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and offers good value for money. However, I was disappointed with the attitude of some staff members. The individual who handled my check-in was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. Additionally, a staff member named Bhavesh, who was stationed outside the reception area, was not welcoming or approachable, which left a negative impression. On a positive note, I would like to commend Baba, who cleaned my room. She was friendly, professional, and had a pleasant demeanor, which stood out in contrast to the other experiences. The hotel’s management should consider providing better customer service training to ensure all staff members represent the property in a more professional and hospitable manner.
