I loved that the front desk team did a great job at moving me from my room that wasn't converted for me as of the 2nd day and tried their best to make me feel at home, offered me a lovely upgrade that i hadn't even thought about or asked for in order for me to have a proper quiet space to relax. The staff in general was very kind and helpful. Thank you The only down was the fact that i didnt know it was a dry hotel until i checked in, i could have enjoyed a drink by the pool or a bar around in the hotel.

The staff were really friendly. The hotel was not noisy or rowdy like many hotels we have stayed at. The location is so central - close to the tram line and within a short walk to the Palm monorail and other metro Station. so easy and simple to get around. The pool and gym facilities were top class.

Arjaan by Rotana, Dubai Mediacity, is a class apart in terms of comfort and architecture. Our 2 bedroom sea-facing suite on the 25th floor took our breath away with the stunning view. We were able to see the entire Marina stretch including Ain Dubai, Burj Al Arab, the Yachts, and the parachuting sky divers. By night, all these landmarks turn into a dazzling display of light and sound, giving us yet another view and experience. The mini apartment, the space we called home for 6 nights, served us well when we wanted to take a break from eating out or just relax without an itinerary. Right from check-in till check-out, my parents and I were taken care of very well - the entire staff from reception to room service to Kaza and team from F&B to Nathaan at baggage were attentive, patient, and cordial, making our stay pleasant and satisfying.

We were given top floor (30) apartment with 4 balconies that allowed views over 3 sides of the city including Palm. The apartment was spacious, well furnished and decorated. Two toilets came in handy. The large bedroom, comfortable beds and bedside furniture, 3 wardrobes, plenty of kitchen utensils and facilities all added to the comfort. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast menu was vast with lot of choices and live omelette facility. Attended a wedding on site that was in a large decorated hall and great food and facility.

A quiet place, full organized and the employees were polite with a smile and always ready to help you! I appreciate that in my second day in the hotel they made me a surprise with a birthday cake and a card with wishes cause of my birthday !

The staff was very friendly, all the people looked like they really enjoyed being there. We arrived a bit before our checkin, we were asked to wait a bit and we received an upgrade - original room was very basic one with city view and we received a suite with a sea view. It was stunning, very spacious and cosy. We were even called on a phone if everything was fine, they wanted to check wether we needed anything. Definitely would recommend!

Enjoyed the oriental design over „all things glass and steal“ in other buildings, the staff was very friendly (as basically everywhere in Dubai), daily thorough room service, bed comfortable, view from the room (seaview room floor 7) beautiful with nice little terrace, breakfast selection big (and starting from 6:30) including local (and Indian) section not only wannabe European.
