The environment is great for family. This is our second time of staying there and we enjoyed our stay. The room service personnel (cleaners) are very smart and professional.

then size and cleanliness is the best for me. I am claustrophobic that have an ample space and floor to ceiling windows eases my senses alot.

Everything was excellent from the reception staff to the service staff and the rooms were comfortable and clean. We also enjoyed the pool, the view and the breakfast. People whose names we got who deserve a mention were; - ALI who walked us out the first night to show us the best way to go to Gold Souk. - GAIL and TOURAB, who’s always ready to help us when we wanted some suggestions and recommendations. - DIVINA, like the others, attentive, professional and very welcoming - the Restaurant Lady who always wonderfully welcoming, ensuring superb service to all the guest. The metro is just 5 minutes away from the building. It is usually proud at certain hours morning and evening. The concierge team is very helpful. Nice breakfast and waiters at the breakfast.
