Unique, modern style top class hotel at a perfect location on the palm island. Beautiful views to the shore and the city. Cosy and well equipped hotel room with double balcony though rather small with the label 'king' :) Staff was very attentive and helpful. Few minutes walk to the beach, nice gardens and cool beach bar with a great staff (special thanks to Kevin :). Room service was also quick and nice. All hotel, rooms, spa, fittness room and surrounding area was very clean and exquisitely designed. Valet service worked well. A very kind surprise from hotel staff for my birthday :)

The property was clean, well maintained with the touch of luxury. It has all the facilities - gym, spa, pool, a private beach, restaurants. Staff was friendly and super helpful. Must say its a 10/10 property. With close proximity to Mall and the palm, the hotel is a perfect spot for staycation as well as city holiday.

Huge pool, huge bed! Rooms are nice, we enjoyed the pool area and breakfast buffet very nice. Can walk to mall and palm train.

Our room was excellent (Royal Suite), and the two bedrooms perfect for us. The service was also excellent, at every touchpoint. Great location for all the attractions and restaurants on the Palm. The pool on the 14th was superb, and drinks/food very good there. The complimentary happy hour at the nearby Loco was good.
