Lovely place with beautiful view. Friendly staff from reception to housekeeping to restaurant staff. Everyone well trained to go the extra mile to take care of the customers. Private beach swimming area balcony were excellent feature of this hotel Bed very comfortable. Mexican restaurant was brilliant. Thank you aloft for providing complimentary cake and decor in our room

Considering the location is a busy one, the hotel itself was relatively quiet. Breakfast was good but very poorly monitored. A lady was digging her bare hands into the fruit bowl when clearly there were tongs provided for use but no staff said a word.

Mr. Mohammed, head of operations and the entire front office team were very friendly, while Daniel and the recreation crew entertained us with fun activities. The breakfast was delightful, offering various meals to suit all tastes. Our sea-view room was stunning and impeccably clean. We celebrated a birthday, and Christine organized a surprise cake, which made all the difference! Kudos to her, as well as to Beckhruz, Amaranath and all the F&B staff. Athman and the Bellman team were especially helpful with arranging taxis.

Located on the palm. Perfect beach. One of the staff. Dawson from Nepal looked after us very well and was super friendly and always serving us well. He made us want to come back again
