Staff at front desk and restaurant were very nice. Room was comfortable, but they use a lot of strong fragrance in the lobby, corridors and guest rooms, which I felt was overwhelming. Other than that, breakfast was decent and beds were very comfortable.

Not my first time in Aloft. Ceetainly not the last one. My previous stays were all very pleasant, but this time even better than before. Super comfy, super clean, thanks the cleaning team and Nazir for taking care of our room cleaning. Same goes for all the hotel staff in the reception. They've been so very attentive and super fast in responding to our requests wherever I had to address for some improvements. Just don't hesitate to ask if you need anything in this place. The people operating the hotel are very professionals and ready to materialise your requests, making your stay as comfy as it gets. This was probably the best value for money airport hotel I have ever stayed at in 40 years of travelling the world! We were allowed to check in before noon and the room was super spacious and had everything you needed like a fridge, coffee machine, nice reading lamps, soft duvets and pillows, big bath, plenty of space and very quiet. it was within walking distance to T1 and had a wonderful roof top pool and bar with seating and loungers. also a big gym and spa. just brilliant! will definitely come back!

Our flight was delayed and we arrived at the hotel tired at 6am. The gentleman who checked us in was lovely offering us a late check out and doing everything he could to assist us. I thought the hotel was excellent except for an issue with the bed. Food very nice.
