The balcony view and the size of the balcony are awesome. Great location - 15 minutes walk to Khalifa and Dubai Mall. But if you're going to use metro - it's far away from the station. For us the location was perfect as we wanted just to see the city, as we had 'not beach vacation'.

Walking distance to Burj Khalifa, great view as well. One can even see the evening show from the balcony at the 22 floor. Good price to value ratio.
