Good location, near the Baniyas metro station. Hotel facilities are updated whenever you ask. The staff was very frinedly.

From the reviews I anticipated the problem so I called the receptionist to give me a clear instruction on how to reach the hotel. Room was clean, and luckily we got attached balcony, hotel is nearby to wholesale and retailers of daily needs. Hotel offers one of the best affordable breakfast buffet, kudos to the team headed by chef Rafi. Definitely worth the money!

Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the concierge and one guy of the receptionists It’s comfortable, you have all basics you need, everything worked and there are many restaurants and shops nearby Wifi worked very good most of the time

Before arriving in Dubai, I was in contact with the hotel receptionist and all of my questions were answered in a nice manner. I arrived at the hotel late, and that was my fault and the receptionist was very courteous. Actually all of the staff were very nice and friendly.
