Facilities are good, especially the tennis courts and spa are very high quality. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. Variety of restaurants is good. Breakfast is good, lots of juices.

We stayed here based on reviews, It’s a lovely hotel but sadly looks and feels dated despite being only a few years old. The rooms are ok if you’re planning on just putting your head down and spending most of your time out and about that area in Dubai. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms clean. Taxis are readily available and to get to downtown Burj costs around £13/15 You’re close to global village which is worth visiting simply for the scale of what has been created! The pool area is fantastic and well kept and the spa area inside very clean but even the towels are frayed and need attention. We had a tour of the stables which was wonderful and the horses are very well looked after. Sadly the hotel needs a bit of an update.

Communal areas were very well kept. Managed to catch some polo from the balcony of our room. Housekeeping were attentive and changed towels and turned down bed

The room were extremely spacious! The green fields you see off the balconies are soo beautiful and relaxing in the morning. Amazing facilities at the hotel with high standards for quality and service

Had a pleasant stay.The property is grand. When we checked in Cherry at the reception was very helpful and kind.the rooms and the washroom were large in size with classy interior and clean with a beautiful view from the balcony.

The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped, but the best thing about the hotel was the staff. Cherry and Sonny on reception went above and beyond, along with Joseph on security, to help to recover the phone that I left in a taxi, even using their personal contact details to chase the taxi operators. Their reassurance that recovery was a certainty was incredibly comforting. Bar and restaurant staff could not do enough for you

Al Habtoor Hotel it’s such a lovely property, plenty of parking and valet also. With an equestrian vibe throughout the hotel there are exquisite horse sculptures and art. We were greeted by Cherry on reception who assisted us with our check in, we were upgraded from a junior suit the an executive suit. Thank you. Our suit was beautiful, incredibly spacious and the interior design had a very boutique vibe about it. We had a huge balcony overlooking the Polo field. Rooms service was very efficient and fast!
