The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Robert & Marie are kind and helpful hosts. I loved the animals, especially the turtle in the bonsai garden outside the small cabin, the beautiful cats, and Dot the donkey. I enjoyed my brief conversations with the other (international) guests. A good place to use as a base (I met friends at JK Golf Range near the airport, played pickleball at a local sports club, and had a lovely spa at Papatoetoe Memorial Pool for $7). The cabin was basic, clean and well laid out - true to the description.

This is a pleasant farm land with homey atmosphere. You can see a donkey, sheep on the grassland. The donkey is lovely. I also find the dogs and cats lovely. This farmland also served as a B&B run by a friendly couple. It's very pleasant to talk with them.

Great location, handy to everything. Very quiet in lovely country surroundings. Hosts were very accommodating. Plenty of parking, and access was excellent.
