We had booked the private large room so were very comfortable with heaps of space and a private bathroom. We hired a car for the day and the Enterprise Rental company was literally next door so that was super convenient. We needed some clothes washed and they attended to that for us very quickly (although they did come out still a bit wet so just check when you pick it up). A lovely cosy lounge to hang out in,

The huge room fitted out with chairs, a lounge chair and a big bed was a lovely room to walk into. The furnishings were vintage in style and made the room feel homely and a delight to be in. There was even a fireplace, but no fire, sadly. There were huge windows that you could open for fresh air, plus they had shutters on them to keep out the light or noise. The bathroom was just what we needed, but the European showers have a different way of operating to us and we sometimes take a bit of time to work them out. The kitchen reminded me of being in a share house where there were notices of where things were and that you needed to clean up after yourself, which I got enjoyment from. It bought back memories of when others stole you yoghurt and nobody would own up to it!! Because you were in a smaller space and having to consider others, conversations were started and it was great to be able to talk to all the interesting people there. I actually took some of my jewellery off and left it behind in the room. When I realised that I had, I rung the office straight away and we turned around and went back. To my great relief, the staff member who found it had handed it into the office, for which I am forever grateful for. Credit to him for his honesty.

Staff and facilities were great. It's an older building but it's cool and attracts a great eclectic bunch of people. Also, pretty close to NewGrange Monument which is well worth seeing

We stayed in the private room for one night and it was really lovely bigger than i expected. It was clean and nicely decorated. It had everything you need. The staff were just so friendly and helpful. It was so close to the town and train station. I brilliant location I would diffiently stay here again.

The room was amazing, very comfortable, and had everything needed. We loved the huge shower, and the kitchenette was nice to have in the room as well. The bed was huge and comfortable.

Homey spot with lovely facilities, good continental breakfast and good location for drogheda. Overnight parking on street nearby.
