However, staff are happy to help transport your luggage to your room or apartment. The single rooms and double rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors. The apartments are located between the 3rd floor and 5th floor.The reception is open between 08:00 and 17:00. Please contact the accommodation in advance if you expect to arrive outside these times.Please note that rooms and apartments are cleaned every 3 days. Towels are changed every 3 days, and bedding is changed every 6 days.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Location (close to the old town and to the railway station), cleanliness, comfortable bed, everything for cooking, heating, silence. There is also an option for a breakfast for extra fee (I didn't take it)

All I needed for three nights in Dresden. Quiet, comfortable enough without frills, but it did have fridge and cooking facilities, and the reception was still open at the time I arrived. Quite close to shops and transport, and reasonable walking distance from station and Semperoper.

Great location for visiting Christmas markets. Huge apartment, heated well. Very nice and welcoming team. Parking - We drove a minivan and there was enough place .

The place and the apartment were super clean and organized. Comfortable bed, well isolated space (noise and temperature) and the kitchen was very complete and had everything needed for a nice stay/cooking. The location was super accessible, with a train, tram and bus station not more than 200mt away. The area is well served in terms of accessibility and transportation.

Convenient location, close to public transport and a short walk to the Aldstadt. I arrived after reception closed, but the detailed and helpful instructions on accessing my room made my arrival stress free.

Comfortable room with all the necessary facilities. Parking in the hotel’s own car park immediately adjacent to the building. Excellent location a 10 minute stroll from the old town and shopping hub.
