Good ambiance Clean surroundings Trainee staff in the restaurant were pleasant and moved about briskly Playing the Happy Birthday song for one of the guests was a very nice touch Stay was pleasant and the ambiance was good

We cannot speak highly enough about the Jamaica Palace Hotel. The setting, environment, facilities, staff etc made our short family break, so magical. I can’t wait to get back there.

I had a marvelous experience at the front desk when I came to check in. The lady assisting me, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. professionalism and helpfulness stood out, ensuring that all my questions were answered and my needs were met. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made my visit truly enjoyable. Thank you, thank you
