A very workmanlike place, run by a clearly workmanlike proprietor. The bed was comfortable. The water was hot. The wifi worked. The place was clean. The place was quiet. The room was fine. Workmanlike, as I say. It was close to everything, but out of the way. I liked it

The location was close to all I was required to get to. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to me, and the room may have been basic, but it was reflected in the price that was good for me.

For the money, it was fine. There was a lot of banging in the room above from what sounded like someone disabled, heart goes out to whoever was doing the caring work there. Thank god I only had to deal with one night of it. So for the three hours that I had available to try to sleep, I slept none of them - the stairs next to the room conducted the sound of people going up and down really clearly so it was just a load of banging. The bed was comfortable enough. It's a hostel, I didn't expect much and it was nice there was a private bathroom. For the money it's good value but I didn't get a wink of sleep. Communication was very good.
