Awesome selection of food for breakfast, although the quality wouldnt be described as "high" it was definitely good and the free tea and coffee 24/7 was brilliant too. The rooms were as exactly as they looked in the pictures - small/cosy, but in great condition, comfortable beds etc. Although the rooms are packed in closely together as you can see in the pictures, we didnt hear a sound from either of the neighbours which we were pleasantly surprised about too (theres gaps between the rooms). The highlights though - the staff, genuinely friendly helpful - they really did seem to care about giving a great experience. The location - 2-3 minute walk to the paddock and 2-3 minute walk to a tesco superstore (or 15-20 min walk down to the seafront), plus the roads were easily accessible to pretty much any direction you wanted to go in.

I liked the friendly staff, the location (right behind the paddock), and the fact that there was descent breakfast included. the fact that despite arrivig very late for check-in someone was there to hand me over my key.
