We had a great time and host Patrick made us most welcome and gave us information on what to do on the island. As we arrived very early we were allowed to drop our bags until our room was ready. Communication with Patrick was first class he was available throughout our stay.

I loved the relaxed atmosphere of the guesthouse, it was like being at home. Exceptional fresh coffee made by the landlord made every morning, to go with the breakfast spread laid on to get you going for the day. Couldn’t fault the location also! Only 7 minute taxi ride away from the ferry terminal! Also only a 10 minute walk to the TT pit lane to go and gander at for those that are interested. Coincidentally this is where you will find the bus stop to take you to Ramsey and beyond I’m looking forward to staying again at this guesthouse

I liked the fact that the place offered the breakfast option and that residents were respectful of others staying in the hotel. The rooms were well equipped for everything that I needed for a short stay. The hotel owner and manager was available 24/7 for any queries or questions.

Excellent stay ,Patrick the host was very obliging nothing was too much trouble. He went that extra mile to make sure my stay was enjoyable,of which it was. Would stay here again for sure.

The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Cereals, toast, yoghurt, fruit, juice, and Patrick was on hand with fresh tea and coffee. Great position just a short walk from the promenade and shops.

Patrick is an amazing host with a lovely personality, who caters for his guests. Amazing location, the facilities were ok and due to the storm we had to spend an extra night and the whole process went smoothly.

The Location was perfect. Breakfast was ample. Plenty of tea and coffee fruit and toast. Patrick was a great friendly host and very welcoming.

Central location. Good sized room. Tea making facilities and TV. Bed was comfortable. The owner was an interesting, friendly guy. Good conversationalist and happy to be of help. He has future plans for renovating his guesthouse, which I'm sure will all serve to make the customer experience even more enjoyable.
