Our stay was so lovely! The room was huge and immaculately clean and the bed was really comfy. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The restaurant and bar area was really nice and modern and the full English breakfast this morning was freshly cooked and delicious. I would never have thought to stay there if this deal hadn’t popped up but I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend it.

My parents stayed with you for the weekend and reported that they'd had a really enjoyable stay and that the staff were particularly helpful and friendly. They loved the sea view and space in the room. They really liked the cooked to order breakfast. There seemed to be a problem with the window in Exec room 2 (RH side) which wasn't closing properly and led to some noise from outside. They also thought an additional comfortable chair and suitcase rest would be helpful. But, they really enjoyed it and thank you for making them so comfortable!

Breakfast was lovely. We requested to change rooms as the windows were broken and they were happy to sort us out. Room was lovely.

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff who went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The provision of bathrobes was a lovely touch. A fridge would have been helpful in our room but not a deal breaker as we didn't stay for too long. Great facilities in the hotel and the room. We would definitely return here over and above other chain hotels.

Excellent location, close to the centre, all the main bus routes and ferry terminal (as we had no car). Fantastic fresh cooked breakfast and continental breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Modern, relaxing bar. Room very big and comfortable, will definitely stay here again.
