The fine print
Extra beds/cots may be available depending on room type.When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please note the Sefton Hotel will be carrying out works to the front of the building which requires scaffolding between 1st January 2024 - 1st April 2024. The work carried out will be during the day and we expect little to no disruption to guests staying in our Atrium rooms, Standard rooms or Suites. Guest can still utilise the rest of the building. Sir Norman's Bar and Bonzai Restaurant will operate as normal.

We stayed in an atrium facing twin bed room, the room was a really good size with an equally big bathroom. The view into the Atrium is lovely, especially on arrival when the doors are open, a real holiday feel to it. Everything was clean, the only downside is that the internal areas, corridors, staircases, doors and the bedroom, are all looking a little tired, this didn’t affect our stay though, we’ll happily stay again, breakfast was also good!

Staff were generally good, except person who checked us in for breakfast. Room was spacious. Bed was comfy.

Could do with more attention to detail. Some public areas untidy & not a good impression. Service was very good & staff informative. As most Victorian hotels battered by years of use an upgrade would help. Housekeeping was good but room a little scruffy. Overall a good hotel but not 4* as expected. Breakfast should have been included in the price.

We got there about 9am and asked if our rooms where available and they gave us one of the rooms straight away and the other not long after even though not supposed to be checked in to 2pm the ladies on reception were really helpful and pleasant

Atrium rooms are lovely and peaceful too. Breakfast was good value and plentiful.

Fantastic place in great location, close to promenade, pubs, market street, bus station. Very beautiful and clean. Big room and bathroom with all that you may need. Very good breakfast with with lot of ingredients to choose. Helpful staff.
