The fine print
PLEASE NOTE: The front of the hotel will have scaffolding installed from October 7th for 1 month while new windows are fitted to all Seaview rooms, and the exterior decorated. This will only affect Seaview rooms, including the Suite and Seaview Doubles and Twin rooms, where the view may be impacted. The rear-facing rooms will not be affected. Our apologies, but we will keep disruption to a minimum during this time.

Very clean and well presented hotel. Good location. Excellent breakfast. Bar staff very friendly and accommodating. Taxi options from the main desk. Pianist excellent - lovely atmosphere. Food delicious. Bed very comfortable - extra pillows a bonus.

Well apointed clean rooms with good floor area, so not feeling cramped. Excellent breakfasts set us up for the day. The hotel is in a convenient location halfway along the main promenade and was an easy walk into the town centre. Plenty of power sockets for recharging all of today's travelling gadgets.

Food was good at the bar. Breakfast was ok not warm enough though. But plenty of choice. Bed was comfy. At check out reception staff was very jolly and nice.

Room was lovely and perfect for what we needed. Hotel is right on the sea front and a short walking distance to the centre. I like the phone at reception to be able to call a taxi if needed. Room was cleaned everyday if we wanted to and nothing was to much trouble. Needed a room for 3 adults and not many places have rooms available for 3 adults so this was a great thing for us as a family.

Great lodge and the rooms are spacious, neat and tidy. Location is closer to beach and town centre. Nice sea wave view. The food was great, breakfast was included with the fee. We had a joyful stay.

Staff very welcoming and very helpful arrived of early morning ferry staff was able to accommodate us early check in which was so nice of then was really nice thing as was struggling from the journey due to my disability

It was all good, except the staff on the front desk. But the staff behind the bars and in the dining area were terrific. Breakfast was, although I'm over continental breakfasts.
