Comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff and an excellent breakfast. Very convenient central location and it was nice being set back a little from the main promenade.

Absolutely perfect stay! In all my years of traveling there have been many helpful and dedicated hotel owners and staff, but none quite as friendly, helpful, and dedicated as Kevin and his wife. They really go out of their way to make everything outstanding, from the scrumptious breakfast, to travel and activities around the isle, and just lending a personal touch and care to your stay. The hotel itself: - Is centrally located - Is clean and well maintained (common area, rooms, and bathrooms) - Decor was traditional and beautiful - Breakfast was amazing and freshly prepared to order within a short time. - Street parking is plentiful and free (there is a 2 hour time limit during working hours but if one needs more they can simply move to another spot nearby). - Is excellent value for money and an absolute steal at the price. Would love to return here during any future visits to the isle.

The owner Kevin is very nice and friendly. On my 2nd night the radiator at my room didn't work so I told him. He immediately provided me with a fan heater while he investigated the cause of the issue. It turned the water pressure was low so he readjusted the boiler. The central heating came back within a few minutes and I then turned off the fan heater as the room was warm enough.

The rooms were clean and cozy. Bed was so comfy it was like sleeping on a cloud! Kevin was amazing, he spent lot of time suggesting what to visit and do and was really helpful as we went in low season and pretty much everything was closed so he gave us few tips and place to go around the island.

Great location. Very clean and comfortable room. I was delighted to see they had a fridge! Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Really cute hotel 30 seconds walk from the waterfront. Kevin and his colleagues made me feel so comfortable and welcome during my stay. Also, delicious breakfast every morning, can really recommend the Manx kippers!
