Great location, right beside a bus stop. Very clean room. Efficient housekeeping staff who respected, Do Not Disturb sign. Very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast choices. Charming staff, both at reception and in the dining room and bar. The ever cheerful Joy. Delicious draught Guinness.

The staff were very friendly and happy to help, came over for family funeral, our room was ready earlier than expected so was able to check in and freshen up after the flight, the family room was bigger than expected and very modern and clean, breakfast was fab plenty of choice, would stay there again.

Very wide choice of breakfast buffet location very convenient with bus stop immediately outside room obviously very recently re-furbished. The frosted glass facing a blank wall was the only negative aspect.

The room was fantastic. we had a family room which was bright and airy. it had been freshly decorated and was immaculately clean.

Room was basic but clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The hotel is right on the sea front and is a really short walk from the ferry terminal and close to the shops and restaurants.
