Breakfast was good, maybe some more fresh fruit rather than tinned peaches would of been nice - i.e grapefruit segments, berries etc.

The staff was very friendly and helpful let us in our room early on arrival and allowed us to stay in our room till later on day of leaving also. Food was excellent lovely breakfast and had 2 dinners there also which was lovely the sirloin steak was to die for

Clean and comfortable bedroom with good space and sitting area. Tea / coffee available in the room. Sufficient shower & hand towels were provided. Breakfast service was good although with quite limited food options. All staff were welcoming throughout the whole day. Hotel bar / lounge a real bonus after a day &/or evening out sightseeing. Location of the hotel was ideal, being roughly 15 minute walk to the main shopping area in Douglas. Only a short taxi ride from the ferry terminal at a relatively low cost.

Good location, managed to keep getting free parking near the hotel The staff were friendly and attentive at breakfast replenishing items when low The style was nice and the room was the largest in the hotel as stated on booking.com

Breakfast was very nice and the little outside area is ideal for an evening drink or just relaxing and watching the world go by!
