My room at the Island was clean and comfortable and the facilities were good. The owner was hospitality personified.

Easy to find, welcoming and friendly hostess, great location easy walking distance into town centre, lots of restaurants, cafe etc in area. Our room had a view of the water. Room was larger than we expected. Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Good tea & coffee products, comfy couch, had a table & chair, hanging space and bedside tables. Ensuite a good size and excellent shower, the room had character and charm. No specific parking as a small narrow street but you can find a park anywhere along the prom and close.
