Absolutely everything about this stay was perfect, from the cheery welcome to checking out and wishing I had booked a longer stay. Very comfortable bed with amazing soft linen, glorious shower and toiletries, and as for the selection of treats! I felt totally pampered and will definitely be back! Don't miss the waffles at breakfast,

This is quite possibly my favourite hotel ever, I adored a stay a while back and was delighted to get back again. It is lush, with the friendliest staff and as for the breakfasts... Oh myyyy! I'll be back!

Great decoration, super clean, lovely staff. Even decorated the room for my boyfriend free of charge for his birthday. Such a relaxing vibe in the morning at breakfast too. Super nice bath, can't fault any of it!

The room exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, clean and had a variety of additional extras including a stocked complimentary mini fridge, that we were incredibly grateful for. The bed was incredibly comfortable which meant a great nights sleep and the bed linen crisp and clean. There were towels in surplus and bath robes hung in the wardrobe for our usage. The bathroom, with its ‘his and hers’ sinks, was large, bright and clean. Both the bath and shower ran well, no complaints here! We made full use of room service for our breakfast. It was easy to call through to the reception to place our order and nothing was too much, we absolutely cannot fault the staff! All in all this was a 10/10 experience and we cannot wait to stay here again.

Everything. The hotel was simply superb! The staff, room, everything. We will definitely go back again. We especially liked the room lighting and view of the sea. What a way to start the day!

The Halvard Hotel is by far the best on the Isle of Man, very friendly and helpful staff, best breakfast on the island, perfectly located, great view of the sea, complimentary mini bar, etc.

Absolute gem of a boutique hotel right in the centre of Douglas. Staff were very attentive and pleasant. 10/10 for breakfast.

The staff were very personable, helpful and friendly. They asked about any and all needs, told me about promotions, surrounding area and relevant facilities. the design of the room ws fantastic, it was really stylish and comfy. so was the downstairs lounge, it was nice enugh to hang out in and the staff would now and then come to see if I needed anything.
