EasyJet cancelled our flight so we had to book a hotel near the airport at short notice. This did the job although it did feel rather impersonal. The hotel is one floor of an office block. We were checked in by a very friendly man who booked our airport shuttle for the next morning too. We didn’t see anyone again after that but we didn’t need to. The bed was comfortable and extra pillows etc were available in the cupboard. There was a vending machine in the open area but it only took coins. There is a McDonald’s a shortish walk away and a large supermarket too so that was helpful. The hotel next door had a bar and restaurant.
