Residence inn Marriot Montreal Airport has very friendly staff - Kathleen and Shiannah are very warm and welcoming. Apart from the facility, the staff made our stay a pleasant one.

I had a long and tiring trip with my little daughter. Katherine the lady at the reception welcomed us warmly and gave us all the necessary support to settle in. She gave us a room that overlooked the road. My daughter enjoyed looking at the passing vehicles and the snow. It isnt our first time at Residence Inn Marriot but its the first time being welcomed in a friendly and warmly way on arrival. Thanks Katherine!!!! You made our stay at Residence Inn this time a nicer one. The room was clean, linens were clean, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. The room had everything we needed to make our meals. We loved the free shuttle from and to the airport and liked the distance away from the busy airport. Residence Inn always met our expectation. The renovation also added more comfort to our stay this time.

very nice and located near to airport for short transit very nice neat and clean. v good staff and great trip and very welcome staff with excellent facility . airport shuttle was my main and i got both way and near with quite night sleep and wake up alram

Locatiin was far from restaurants. Not much to do but stay at the hotel and go for a swim

Bed was very comfortable, room was clean and well equipped. Shower was lovely and well stocked with shampoo, body soap and conditioner. Breakfast was very nice and there was a good variety of food. The coffee was super good. I slept really well. I could control the room temperature well and the curtains blocked out all the light so I could sleep late. Room was quiet. Reception staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant staff were lovely and friendly. The shuttle service worked great. You have to call them when you arrive at the airport and then they will send a driver. So I waited a little bit but the driver was very friendly. To the airport, the shuttle runs every half hour and reception will make sure you are booked. This was a good feature.

My entire stay from start to finish was excellent. I have zero complaints. The room was spotless, comfy and huge. The staff were attentive and super friendly. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. I was allowed to check in early. I’ve always had positive experiences at Marriott properties but this was the best, exceeded my expectations.

The breakfast was good, as well as the staff there. The guy who delivered missing items to our room was respectful and pleasant. The cooking pots were new and all stainless-steel, which is better than non-stick pans.

It's a friendly hotel staff are nice and the canteen is good and good for kids and has a pool and walking distance to onen of the malls
