Close to everything and a bit annoying because the hotel i booked was in another location which a bit scary with homeless people Drinking i front of the hotel i dont feel safe

Everything was crisp!!! Excellent condition. Surpassed my expectations. Also situated super close to all local attractions, shops, main train station etc.

The property is easy to find, the only issue is that in the evening it is a bit hard to find the writing on the door (maybe a bigger sign would be better). When booking it is not very clear which building is your room (they have 2), but we knew that we might be directed to the other building which is very close to the main one, so we had no issues with that. The rooms are very clean and cozy, especially the Standard Double Room - Annex was very spacious. If I ever travel to Dortmund again, would stay in this hotel for sure.
