I like everything especially the room cleaners (i am not rich but i can tip personals who are doing there job with a heart.) but except the staff in the reception before i checked out. Shes a little rude talking to me. Next time , smile with your customers. Even if i am travelling alone, i can pay whatever extra expenses to be paid. Good that i respect your job, bit respect me as your customer or guest. Thank you.

Great hotel with a central location. The train station is literally outside the hotel and a ten minutes ride to the city centre. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities and rooms are excellent, we will be going back. A lovely stay just before Christmas.

Lovely hotel tram stop across from hotel which takes you into Stadtgarten which is right in city centre although there is a main road right outside hotel you can't hear the traffic would definitely recommend this hotel

The room was nice and spacious with a lovely big window. Although we were by the busy road, it was nice and quiet when sleeping. The room and the bathroom were very clean.

The location was good because the metro station was opposite the hotel. There was no robe and slippers in the room. It turned out that we had to ask. Since I have a lot of experience staying in hotels, this came as a surprise to me.
