The personnel were very kind and nice, the main parts of the hotel were really beautiful and even though there was ongoing renovation, it was still cool. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was comfy.

Good points about this hotel.. Very glitzy inside the lobby, Great location for the centre of Dortmund which had lots to see, I stayed with my daughter and we went to Borussia Dortmund game, the stadium is a 36 minute walk which is doable, gives you time to have a look around whilst on the way to the ground. The hotel was very clean. Bed was comfortable although a little firm.

The hotel's location is more than wonderful, suitable for every tourist. As soon as you leave the hotel, you will find a street of shops with the largest brands and trademarks, cafes, restaurants, and everything is close to the main train station.

Location could not be better. One does literally have everything right on his feet. Supermarkets, restaurants, public transport. The main station is just around the corner. The beds are quite comfortable and the room was very clean. Would definitely recommend staying there and of course I'll come back in the future. Looking forward to how the hotel looks after renovations are finished. Just a few more features in the room (fridge and small details like paper and pen) and it could become the perfect accommodation. Did not try the breakfast but have heard it's delicious. Will definitely book the breakfast service next time.
