As i had problems with my car, no more charged battery ----- the help spontaniously given by the personel at the reception and especially the girl who did everything for getting me start cables, who was so helpful and always a smile on her face. My greatest appreciation.

Location good. Within walking distance of main attractions, metro and main station. Strong wifi, comfy big bed and cheerful staff. Nice little outdoor courtyard for smokers. Very nice breakfast but pricey at 23 Euros so only had it once. Nice bakery 2 minutes away for a filling breakfast at half the price. On site bar, good for an unwinding drink after a long day.

Very friendly staff. Room was big, had a fridge. Comfortable bed. Great bathroom and shower. Good TV. Easy walking distance to train station and laundromat. Let us print documents.

The staff were friendly especially Leon who had only just started (was also not weel that eveening) and was severely under pressure when a group of us arrived late and the bar was full also and he was left to handle it all himself,he done his best and credit to him. Location is spot on.

Nice, compact room with great staff, accommodating with their luggage drop off to allow us to explore the city while our room was being readied, also location is only 5/10 min walk to train station and also a short walk to the city centre, also have a bar open until 2am and a foosball table. Hairdryer in the bathroom was a nice touch.
