The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful - as we didn't speak German, they kindly called a couple of restaurants for us, made a reservation, and called us a taxi.

The hotel was very close to the train station (less than 10min walk). The self-check-in for guests arriving after 10pm was easy to use. Everything was clean and tidy.
