Good sized room, perfect for a short stay, with ensuite bathroom, seperate entrance. Despite being on a main road, the hotel was quiet. No noise from the pub below either

We had two rooms over the front of the pub. They were lovely and clean as were the en suite bathrooms. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the noise - we hadn’t anticipated karaoke going on until midnight. The noise from people shouting while leaving afterwards and the general road noise did keep us awake until the early hours.

Greeted warmly by staff and landlord. Room, bed linen and towels all fresh and clean. Spacious room with good storage facilities. Lots of tea and coffee for making a drink in the room. In a good location to use as a base to explore Dorchester and beyond.

Great location. All the essentials you will need in the room, clean towels and bed sheets. Single room was a bit tight but that’s expected.
