The fine print
Group bookings of 3-7 rooms have a cancellation policy of 14 days. This rule is also applied to individual bookings of 5 nights or more. Group bookings of 8 rooms must be cancelled outside of 28 days to avoid a cancellation charge. Full payment is required 14 days/28 days prior for the above bookings.

The King's Arms is a wonderful old building situated in the heart of Dorchester and has the additional benefit of its own car park. Above anything else we will remember, it will be the staff. Every single staff member we encountered was helpful and happy, however much pressure they were under at the time. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and everything was done with a smile.

The property is stunning, so too many words could just bore you. This place is to be tried, an absolute must on your bucket list. The drinks at the bar were super, the dinner was an incredible experience. The food was perfectly prepared and definitely at a Michelin star level. We loved every bit of the room, that is fantastically designed. Sleeping was an absolute pleasure, and we are already looking forward to returning.

The room was a good size. There were tea and coffee making facilities. Additional toiletries were offered. Hunter, our pet, was very well catered for. He had a water bowl, treats and a separate towel.

Comfortable room with lots of extras - mini fridge with milk and cold water, coffee machine, lovely toiletries. Easy parking facilities and quick online check in.
