Pretty new b&b with clean rooms and beds with comfortable mattresses, 10 minutes away by foot from Doolin centre. Friendly staff, large parking lots, delicious breakfast, quiet place, highly recommend this house.

I can only say good things about this B&B and the lady running it. Very friendly and accommodating as were the other ladies helping out. The breakfast was beautiful and exceptional value

I can't even describe how incredibly beautiful it was at the Mountain Avan House. I felt like I was at home. The B&B is very clean and invitingly furnished. I received a very warm welcome. The breakfast was perfect, everything was freshly prepared and the selection was great! I would love to come back!

Very clean, well kept in a great location. Warm and cosy. Very well thought through and breakfast was one of the best BnB brekkies we’ve ever had. Host was just so welcoming and lovely.

Deidre’s breakfasts were fantastic. This is one of the best B & B’s I have ever stayed in. The house is spotlessly clean and Deidre and her team are very friendly and welcoming. There is a lovely cosy sitting room where tea, coffee and biscuits are available and a couple of pubs just down the road.

The guesthouse was very modern and comfortable. The breakfast was exquisite with homemade cakes, bread, and scones. The two ladies hosting us were very sweet and kind. It's just a 10 minute drive to the Cliffs of Moher.

Fantastic stay at this B&B. I will say we arrived outside of the hours of check in and Deirdre still made sure will would have access to our room when we arrive. Room was lovely and had everything we needed. The breakfast was spectacular. Still not gettin over the homemade brown bread and scones, best I've ever had. She's a superb cook. Next time we are in Doolin, we will surely comeback.
