The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner too was very nice and met us on arrival to open for us. There were just a few things we felt could be added that would have improved the experience such as a small shelf or stool in the bathroom to place your things on, as not even anywhere to put your soap or shampoo. Also a small dining table and chairs would have been great. There are also a number of stairs to get up to the flat, plus another two inside the door of the flat and the most annoying one was between the bedroom and the bathroom as there was a small raised step which we kept missing and hitting every time. There is also a very tiny dislevel for the shower floor and a shower curtain that doesn't go all the way round, so once you shower the whole bathroom floor is wet and there is no carpet or squeegee to remove the water. Overall however, given the price we paid and the fact that we got there late in the evening and left first thing in the morning, so literally just needed somewhere to sleep, it did the job. These were just some common things you expect to find which would help improve the rating.

The apartment provided late check in which is very good for people who come late. The apartment is near to the highway entrance and exit, it’s super convenient for people who drive a car. U can park ur car directly in front of the apartment, it’s so convenient. The room is soso big, and equipped with mini kitchen too. There is a fridge to use too. The bathroom sink is so small. The sink from the mini kitchen doesn’t come out cold water , only comes out super hot water. The staff is really friendly. It’s really good 👍🏼

Perfect, We were travelling with my three kids 9, 5, and 2 years , my brother and mother. We rested so good before we travel to Sweden. The staff was very kind and friendly. Room was new, hall was very nice in marbel colour 😊the beds were great for my painful back, the bed linen and towels were clean, the bathroom was new and clean, it also had air conditioning, which was necessary in this hot weather. All 👏

It was super clean, and new. The room as well as the bed was very large and comfortable and there was a sofa bed made ready, also very large for my son who sleep like the vetruvian man. It's very close to the highway on the northern side of Niş, which is very convenient (for us at least). The price is unbeatable for the size of the room, the cleanliness and service. There was air conditioning but we left the small kitchen window open and fully opened the large window and it was enough (summer stay). There were a few things missing (like plates, pots and cutlery, there were glasses and cups though), but I can understand as it is a brand new establishment and some things get overlooked, it happens. I cannot fault them for this. There's free parking in front of the building for two larger cars or three small ones. There's a shop a couple of minutes away that accepts euros and there are a few restaurants and eateries in walking distance.
