Staff were exceptional nothing was too much trouble. I thought the watering hole was a great asset for ice etc. the room was so clean and comfortable I had no complaints at all.

We are regularly customers at the hex hotel we love the hotel we went to the bistro for the buffet breakfast lots to choose from but very disappointed the food was cold not the first time we have been in the bistro and eaten a cold breakfast we won’t be going back again

So special. The Yorkshire Wildlife Park is beautiful and the hotel is very peaceful, huge room, spotless, Temple Spa toiletries, spacious balcony, very comfy bed, lots of towels, really nicely stocked tea coffee biscuits, just perfect
