The hotel has several restaurants and cafes also have a parking space. The room was great large and clean I like the lighting and the light controller. The room was on the top floor so the views was extraordinary you could see all the area. Great reception staff are kind and friendly and fast check-in I've tried the launder it was so expensive, but I wasn't surprised I also tried the room service late nigh the food was good and hot the club sandwich was great :) That Bedroom Apartment has two bathrooms one without bath only sink and toilet Apartment with 1.5 bathroom I don't know why this is not mentioned on details! Hotel welcome us with a plate pf some chocolates for New Year :) See pics

Dear Waldorf Astoria Team, I recently had the pleasure of staying at your esteemed hotel in Qatar West Bay, and overall, my experience was delightful. The luxurious ambiance, impeccable facilities, and warm hospitality truly stood out. However, I did encounter a small issue during check-in. I was initially provided with the wrong room number, which caused a bit of confusion and delayed the start of my stay. While this was eventually resolved, I believe it’s an area that could use improvement to ensure a seamless experience for future guests. Thank you for the otherwise excellent service. I look forward to visiting again soon.

Not enough nice words for this hotel. Very comfortable room and (accessible, as per request) bathroom, beautiful interior design and high level performance of the entire personnel. I hope to have the pleasure to come again.

The service was exceptional, and the rooms were incredibly spacious. The walk-in closet was notably large, offering plenty of storage space. The location is perfect—everything is just a 10 to 20-minute taxi ride away. The City Centre Doha Mall is conveniently located right across the street. The reception staff were warm, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The service really was exceptional. Not only was everyone there helpful and catered to our needs, but they upgraded our room when they found out that it was our anniversary, and had a celebration slice of cake sent up. Service aside, the cleanliness of the room and the sheer number of facilities in the room (walk-in closet, a bathtub with a sea view, among others) and around the hotel (sauna, steam room, gym, 2 pools, a myriad restaurants including one in which the menu was created by a Michelin star chef) made it a great stay.
