As it was Ramadan I feel it would have been prudent to advise guests where and when they could eat and that alcohol was not allowed at all during Ramadan .

Hotel is located near the airport on the beach, so it is super option for those in transfer but have a bit more time until the next flight and want to relax more and have a glimpse at Qatar. We had sufficient time to go to the beach and use the warm pool of the hotel. The views from our room were just amazing. The bed and pillows were supercomfortable!

This was by far one of the best hotels we have stayed at. They have amazing facilities. We went as a family with my 1 year old son, the kids pool was great! My son also loved the children’s fountain. The buffet food was amazing. The staff are 10/10. Specifically the reception lady who dealt with us (I dont remember her name), our room wasn’t ready in time and she was so apologetic, she then upgraded us for free to a spectacular room with balcony as this was our only request. She was so helpful throughout. Additionally the gentleman Oye at the front of the hotel, amazing customer service. He greeted us with warm welcomes and was playful with my son. He was so friendly and kind, a genuine soul. I would return to this hotel just to see him again! All in all, this hotel was one of the pricier ones we stayed at but this was reflected in the customer service, the food, the hotel amenities, the facilities for all ages and how kind and helpful everyone is! Will definitely be back here, insha’Allah.

The hotel is amazing and it’s location is fantastic. I really enjoyed spending time on their private beach site. The views are also really nice from the hotel and its location is very convenient for everything, from the airport to going to the town. The staff is really great and the service is definitely five star.
