This was my third consecutive stay in the same hotel and I definitely confirm that this hotel was super. In addition to the quality of the hotel, I really appreciated the dedication and the warm welcome of the staff. And I specify of all the staff, whether at the entrance, at check in, room service, in the restaurants or even at the swimming pool, all were perfect

This property is superb in every aspect. Attentive and polite staff, always willing to assist. They ask your room number when you are heading out and freshen up your room while you are out. Breakfast buffet is excellent with alot of variety. The room is clean, spotless. The Spa service is also exceptional. I loved everything about my stay will definitely return. 👍🏽

I cannot fault anything, from the service to the facilities, everything was brilliant. The staff go out of their way to help you with absolutely everything. The location is amazing if you're travelling for leisure. The spa facilities are not to be missed.

This is our second time staying here and I would highly recommend. The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The scent as you walk in is stunning along with the rooms. We offered the choice for connecting rooms as we were a group of 5 (with child). The room amenities were stunning with the bathroom being spacious. The area is ideal as it is situated within walking distance of the metro and soul waqif. Lovely cafes and restaurants nearby as well as the free tram around the area. The cafe staff at Anis were amazing and also accommodated our groups requirements. Will definitely be our regular staying point.
