A wonderful vacation at Mövenpick Hotel Doha! The location is very good - close to the airport and the city center, which makes it much easier to get around. The rooms are spacious, stylish and very comfortable, with a beautiful view from the window. The staff deserves a special thanks - always friendly and ready to help with any question. Breakfasts in the hotel are beyond praise: the variety of dishes is impressive, and the quality of products is excellent. The extras such as the pool and fitness room were also very satisfying. Definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant vacation and comfortable stay in Doha!

To me, this is a solid 2-3 star hotel, however in no way superior to an Ibis. The building is rather old, the bathroom is a weakness (issues with drain, no drinking water, etc.) and in the gym the air is pretty thick as the AC does not seem to be very strong.

I would like to thank all the staff of the hotel. They were so polite and nice. Administrator had helped with all the things we needed. Thanks his help we had managed to visit many attractions. The hotel is very close to the Hamad Airport and just 8 minutes away from the nearest metro station! Breakfast and dinner are full of different delicious dishes. Thank you Movenpick Doha.

We got a free upgrade to a superior room which had a very nice view of the port. The room was very specious. The value for the price is quite decent as this hotel is situated close to most of the sightseeing. Beware of the fake hotel taxi service at the airport. A guy dressed in a suite told us that they had a hotel taxi service which sounded like it was offered by the hotel. We had to walk a bit and ended up at some tour/limousine agency. They charged us 75 QAR, which turned out to be at least 4x the normal uber/taxi rate.

The front desk staff were very helpful. The team was generally very friendly. We had an early morning flight, and they offered to prepare breakfast to be ready for us by 6am. The room was spacious and fairly quiet.
