We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Millennium Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we walked in, the staff's professionalism and warmth were evident. The check-in process was seamless, and we were quickly shown to our immaculate, well-appointed room. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, close to some attractions, shopping areas, and transport links, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The room itself was spacious, modern, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including a super-comfy bed and a city view. The dining options at the hotel were good. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit all tastes. The on-site Circle restaurant also impressed us with its flavorful dishes and attentive service, especially Ishwara and Najmi. What truly made my stay memorable, though, was the staff. They were always ready to assist with a smile, (Hana, Abid & others) whether it was arranging transportation, offering local tips, or simply ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, the hotel is a perfect example of exceptional hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and will definitely return for my next trip. Very nice hotel with a very nice view. Good service and very friendly staff. Location was also very good if you have a car as well.

+ perfect cleanliness. + large desk to work. + kind and helpful staff, but they should be more attentive tocustomer requests... there is no practical point to offer an upgrade or compensation bonuses if my only request was not respected. + good wifi. + comfy mattress.

-Very Good soundproof isolated Room -AC works very good -The Room service is excellent ,if you call them ,they come within 1 min -Cleaning the room is amazing and quick -waiters at resturant are very friendly and smiley,they serve very good coffe on demand. -the internet is super fast -The tv system is very good -The gym is good,it has almost everything

I have booked a twin room, however, during the chick-in I have asked to change the room to king bed, and they are most welcoming. I have asked for a baby crib, however, they provide me with extra bed free of charge as unavailability of baby cribs. during the first day, I was not comfort with the room due some sound coming from upper floor, however, the service team came to check and directly upgrade my room to bigger room even. The service and the value of their consumer comfort felt me that I have to come again to this hotel.
