During my stay, I noticed that the carpet on the 7th floor was not in the best condition, so I requested a room change. The staff were very accommodating and transferred me to a room on the 5th floor, which was much better. I would like to commend the team for their helpfulness, especially the Algerian receptionist and the housekeeping staff, who were attentive and friendly. However, I recommend that the hotel invest in upgrading some of the furnishings, particularly the carpets, as they appear quite old and in need of replacement. Overall, it was a good experience, thanks to the excellent staff, but some improvements in the facilities would enhance the overall stay. Does this align with what you wanted?

Comfy and aesthetic rooms. Clean. Clear TV. Pool was heated and relaxing. Ironbox worked well.

experience at this hotel was amazing. Ms Halima was incredibly helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the amenities were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

We book 2 rooms but room number 107 wifi not working and water cartel not working. We complin them but not fixing.
