The staff is very nice, kind and friendly! The beds, sheets, pillows and duvet were very comfortable. It's nice there's also a mehana in the hotel - this made our evenings less stressful for dinner time - no need to look for other restaurants an drive around.

I've been meaning to visit Dobrinishte since I first found out about the narrow-gauge railway that takes you to the small town and I finally managed to do that. I had no specific plans other than to relax and enjoy views of the mountains. Since I visited in the middle of the week in winter, the place was super quiet and yet, I still access to breakfast in the morning and felt like the staff cooked it just for me since I didn't see any other guests :). All the staff I met were extremely friendly and lovely, recommending areas to walk to and explore in the small town once I talk them I love walking around. They also recommended places for dinner. The hotel is at the edge of town but right across the train station so it was perfect for me. It was super easy to get on the narrow-gauge railway and travel to Bansko (a ski resort nearby), for a few hours of walking around, visiting museums, and checking out the old town. Bansko is a more popular location, so there's a lot more to see and do, but I loved that after my walk I got back to the quieter Dobrinishte. The room was warm, which I appreciated since it was freezing cold outside when I visited. The WiFi was strong. Would definitely return!

The staff were friendly. There is free parking available at the back of the hotel. The room was clean. Overall fair value for the price.

The room was very clean, warm and equipped with all you might need for your weekend stay. The breakfast was delicious and we also had a nice balcony.

Quiet and clean hotel with a beautiful garden on a walking distance from the bus station and the city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast.

Very clean and nice view facilities. Very kind personal. Quiet nice breakfast and ... we were happy at all with this choice. We will recommend for sure if traveling with friends or small kids!
