The room was nice with a shared balcony, which had an amazing view. The staff were helpful and friendly. Not an issue for myself but for anybody that likes to watch some tv in the room, might struggle with the small tv

Friendly and competent staff. Between the first and the second night we asked to replace a bed, to get a proper one for our teenager, and it was solved without issues. All interactions were pleasant, our check-in was made remotely over a mobile phone since we were arriving quite late after a day of skiing, all worked smoothly. The staff speaks very good English and smiles a lot. The hotel is easily accessible from the road and has a spacious parking lot. Breakfast room is nice warm and cozy, food choice OK, fresh pastries, cheese, ham, jams etc.

For our winter vacations we chosee the Drei Zinnen/Tre Cime ski area and accomodation at the hotel Heidi. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the main road. The nearest ski slope is about 10-minutes away. The room is large enough for a family of four, and has a balcony. Every morning we were delighted with good breakfast. The room was cleaned and tidied up every day, big thanks to the maids.

We have stayed for one night without breakfast and then prolonged for another night which was 30€ more with breakfast (no other option available). Breakfast was really great and a lot of options, but for 30€/2 people was quite expensive. Bed was really comfy and we were lucky to have the view to the mountains and not to the main road which is right in front of the hotel. Really nice owners with great english!

Family run business, beautiful building and comfortable large rooms. The hospitality was warm and welcoming . Thank you Heidi for the car trip to a restaurant late on our first night when we arrived. The breakfast was very plentiful. The hiking in the nearby lakes and mountains was a dream come true. Thank you for the advices and the laundry service too . Highly recommend . Easy access to Toblach by bus out the front . We had a wonderful stay .
