Really nice place on the crossroads from all the best champagne houses around. You can order electric bikes to be delivered to the property to enjoy the views and champagne vineyards. Nice staff! Beware that if you come by electric car, the charging pole is out of order. However, uber works there. Also the vineyard view is questionable :)

The staff were great. Excellent at check in and great restaurant recommendations. A little out of town but by beautiful views over the vines.

The hotel is suitably located and you can reach town (Épernay, Reims, Champillion) & the vineyards easily & quickly by car. We used a rented a car and there was ample (free) parking. The hotel is beautiful decorated, neat & exceptionally clean. Everything was provided for in our room. The hotel runs more as self service, with no staff after 8pm. This did not have a negative for our stay. Everything was communicated clearly, including how to access our room for late check in. Value for money (one of the more affordable hotels we’ve stayed at).

Choice of items was fair but was not buffet style as expected so was staff choice rather than totally ours eg had to ask for croissants /pain chocolate .I cup rather than 1 pot of tea or coffee was disappointing .Overall though breakfast was not substantialiy better than in our hotel in NNancy - but €6 each more expensive.
