We had issues with AC... as soon as I informed the manager ,they not only changed our room....they up graded it ro a suite! Now that's service.Parking was a bonus.Its situated very near to the Great wall and the Bazaar . My special thanks to Mehmit the front manager ,who did his best to answer all our questions regarding site seeing and shopping

Good hotel staff were welcoming and helpful with luggage. No surprises comfortable stay. Cold bottle water really helped.

All was excellent for us. The car was parked in front of the reception on the street. Breakfast was very nice. Location is convenient.
