A 5-star hotel in every sense of the word. The staff in this hotel deserve 10 stars, not just 5. The reception is very respectful and they receive you with all kindness. The room has everything you need and its size is excellent. The food is excellent. The location is excellent. There is no racism at all. There is a very beautiful restaurant. The price is very reasonable. If you are looking for a 5-star hotel that appreciates the customer in Wadi Rum, this hotel is the best hotel in Wadi Rum in terms of customer treatment, and I am speaking from experience as I visit Wadi Rum annually and have tried all 5-star hotels. My advice is do not miss staying in it.”
