The fine print
A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in. This will be pre-authorised on your debit or credit card upon arrival and automatically released off your card after departure, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment by debit cards will charge the security deposit of EUR 200 to your bank account which is manually refunded by the property within 7 days of departure. This will be after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. Please note that failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge in advance of arrival an increased mandatory security deposit of EUR 500 at certain times of the year. For example, during festivals, certain sporting events or public holidays. You will be contacted by the property with regards to this prior to arrival.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The overall size of the house. Everything we needed was available and the house was very clean. Mary, the manager, was very approachable and helpful. The position of the house is excellent and the views were great - sunrise was exceptional as the background to the harbour.

Surprisingly large, nicely appointed and well equipped. Nice and warm, with really comfy couches and beds. Great TV & wifi. Good washing/drying facilities. Good bathrooms. Setting is beautiful, with good parking and a quaint winding path to the door.

The location was really nice, with a beautiful view over Dingle harbour/ Bay. It was a little bit of a walk down to the town ( around 10 minutes) luckily the weather was good. It was such a peaceful place .
