Breakfast OK 3flights of concrete external staircase to Bedroom. No help on leaving with cases on stairs. Wife with bad knees

The views were superb especially from the restaurant where both dinner and breakfast were served. The dinner was high quality and delicious with attentive and friendly staff as was the breakfast for which there was an excellent and varied choice. Great location with interesting and varied walks to the lovely town centre especially along the sea front.
